Hourly Fee Schedule

$60 per hour for home and home office organizing and library services and for family services

Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment with The Mobile Librarian LLC, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellation must be by telephone (919-949-2244). If you do not cancel your appointment last least 48 hours in advance, you will be billed for the full amount of the appointment (multiply the hourly rate by the number of hours the appointment was scheduled to last).

Possible Additional Charges

• Materials, such as storage containers, notebooks, compact disks, file folders and labels that we agree you need in order to get organized. You have the option of letting The Mobile Librarian LLC purchase the materials and bill you for them or purchasing the materials yourself.
• Dump fees
• Mileage, payable by all clients located outside Orange, Durham or Wake Counties (North Carolina) at the current Internal Revenue Service rate for mileage reimbursement

Payment

Payment is due at the time specified in the Service Agreement (see FAQs).
The Mobile Librarian LLC accepts only cash and checks as payment for services.
