• The Mobile Librarian LLC’s founder and owner is Deanne Morgan.

About Deanne

Deanne is a native North Carolinian who, after many years living in Virginia, Tennessee and Illinois, finally returned to the state in 2001 and settled in Durham.

Organizing: Deanne is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the North Carolina Chapter of NAPO (NAPO-NC). She has experience organizing homes and offices.

Library education and experience: While in Illinois, Deanne earned a master’s degree in library and information science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She worked at various public and academic libraries in Illinois. More recently, Deanne volunteered at the Parkwood Branch of the Durham County Public Library. She is a proud member of the Friends of the Durham County Library.

Other work: Deanne has also worked in the legal field, owned a small business and, most recently, worked as a writer/editor at a Durham publishing company.
